Finding BCBSAL Materials

We always need PDFs of materials from carriers. Whether you're needing a PDF of a paper application, formulary, or provider directory knowing where to look can be time consuming. BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama has made finding their materials very easy. Their main web page is BCBSAL.org.  

Once on their homepage click Medicare at the top of the screen. It's between the button that says Individual and Employer.

Next, notice where it says tools and information? Click that and then select documents. Choose your member's county and age and it will take to the documents for the plans in that member's county.

Lastly, just scroll down and you'll see all the documents available in PDF format. 

If you need to change counties simply look at the very top right of the screen. It shows the county and age you've selected. Click change and it will pop-up an option that lets you pick a new county and age.
